What have you used Click Chemistry for? CuAAC or other ones

It was only about time Click Chemistry is recognized by a Nobel Prize! There are so many different applications to the most prominent Copper-catalyzed Azide Alkyne Cycloaddition "Click reaction". These days there are more of those CLick reactions available for synthesis and biomolecule labeling. What have you used it for? I'll start:

Fluorescently label chemically-modified proteins in-situ

Label chemically modified proteins in-situ with a Biotin + Spacer molecule  

Making the(Edited per community guidelines)utic small molecules analogs easily

What have you done with it?
