Problem with Toolbar

Hi,

As we know that toolbars are float-able and static in ChemDraw and we can adjust them accordingly on ChemDraw interface.

What i have done was i accidentally drag the HELM toolbar at the bottom of the ChemDraw interface (It was placed just behind the bottom frame of the interface of ChemDraw) and then i could not able to see that again. I have tried View> Show HELM toolbar option multiple time but it did not work. I even uninstalled the ChemDraw but it also didn't work.

The only way i could recover it by deleting the toolbar folder from registry.

My question is whether can we find another way to get the HELM toolbar in ChemDraw (other than View> Show HELM toolbar) so that if we stuck on something like this then we can access toolbar from that way. Or if we open particular toolbar again it should open at certain place on ChemDraw interface. It should not save the previous logs of placing the floating toolbars until and unless user placed it statically.

Hello Charitra. Before I forward this to the Support team it would help to know which version of ChemDraw you are using
